How does the order process work?

The order process is identical to that of typical Ecommerce. After selecting the product and variant, the items are placed in the shopping cart. From there, the customer is guided through the check-out process, in which he provides relevant information such as billing and shipping address. After the purchase is completed, we receive the order and send the items to customer.

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order quantity. We deliver items from one piece at a transparent price.

What are the payment options?

We only offer purchase on account. The invoice is enclosed with the goods. No credit card or PayPal payment is planned at this time.

To which countries can you deliver the items?

The delivery area covers the entire EU including Switzerland.

How much does the shipping costs?

In Germany the shipping costs are € 6.00. For shipping outside Germany (EU including Switzerland) the shipping costs are € 12.00.

How are the good ships?

We collaborate with UPS Standard or Deutsche Post.
